I was misled about the parking situation. The garage was incredibly tight for my sports car, causing a lot of stress upon arrival. Additionally, the service at the restaurant felt distant and unwelcoming, which was disappointing for such a high-end hotel experience.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, relaxing spa, and 24-hour reception. The staff always went above and beyond, especially during my first stay with my elderly parents. Highly recommend for a cozy business trip.

Delicious Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and a fantastic array of local eateries like Fink Stuebel and Ristorante Paradiso just a short stroll away. Our room was cozy and well-decorated, while the spa facilities added a touch of glamour to our stay!

While the hotel shines in many areas, they were a bit stingy. We could only enjoy the spa for 2 hours over two days, and our amenities didn't get replenished. A fire alarm waking us up on Saturday morning didn’t exactly enhance the experience, either.

One standout was the charming ambiance around the courtyard. it was perfect for a morning coffee. Plus, the gym, though small, had everything I needed for a decent workout.

Had an lovely experience lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful hotel design that feels like stepping into a whole other era and the service was generally great albeit a little overwhelming at times with too many employees around checking on you.

It wasn’t inexpensive but considering the luxury and amenities, it’s still reasonable.

I had a fantastic stay at this classy hotel, just a few minutes' stroll from the stunning Cathedral Notre Dame and the charming Barrage Vauban, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. the service from the staff was also top-notch, truly improving the overall experience.

Had an amazing time with friends at this unique hotel. We explored both the charming Petite France and the beautiful cathedral. The location is perfect, close to everything worth seeing. The large and comfy rooms made our stay enjoyable, and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely try the restaurant on site for a delightful meal!

Only downside was that breakfast could have more variety. while it was good, it felt a bit limited for the price.

Room 204 was spacious, with hardwood floors and charming exposed beams. The private bathroom had a heated towel rack and lovely toiletries. The inner courtyard was perfect for a morning coffee, and the wellness area offered a relaxing spa and massage services. Breakfast included a variety of organic juices and artisanal cheeses.
